12-4-24 Hi K Miniprill Fall Blend

12-4-24 is a minipill-sized (150 SGN) homogenous fertilizer which contains slow-release nitrogen. This premium-grade fertilizer is designed for use on closely mowed turf grass such as golf course fairways, surrounds and tees. Its small particle size and homogenous composition results in even distribution of all nutrients. Typically used from late summer into fall months to promote both root and shoot growth. Ideal as a dormant winter fertilizer. Contains 60% controlled release nitrogen (CRN) from methylene urea(s) sources. CRN minimizes surge growth and prolongs green-up response. CRN also reduces the incidence of nitrogen loss to the atmosphere via volatilization and nitrate leaching into groundwater. Contains secondary magnesium (Mg) and iron (Fe) ingredients which play a key role in chlorophyll production.
