What is the benefit of having a customer account with Terralink?

Whether you choose to have a charge account or a cash and carry account with TerraLink, when you request to become a customer, you become part of the TerraLink family. Some of the data we ask during the setup process is for example what type of producer you are and the size of your commercial operation. This will allow us to provide you with technical information and product updates tailored to best your suit your growing operation. We value our customers and we hope to stay in touch with you!

How to you open an account?

To start a new account, please visit the "Become A Customer" page and fill out the necessary information.

I'm a hobby gardener. Can I buy your products?

The short answer is yes. Most of our products come in big bags, and shipping for just one 25 kg bag is very expensive. If you live close to one of our store locations, your best bet is to come and pick up the product yourself. We'll even put it in your car for you.

What about pricing?

There are no prices on our website, because pricing fluctuates by season and depends on how much you order at any one time. If you are interested in our products, please call our Order Desk at 1-800-661-4559 or email us.

What is your return policy?

Terralink stands firmly behind the products we sell.

To start the return process, please contact TerraLink for an RMA number (returned merchandise authorization) and shipping instructions.

Please mark the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package. Any package arriving without an RMA number will be returned to you at your expense.

Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and can only be accepted while still in season. We reserve the right to refuse refunds upon inspection of the product.

Please note that seed is always non-refundable.

Can I buy chemicals from you?

We do sell a wide range of chemical pest control products targeted to professional growers. TerraLink follows British Columbia's Integrated Pest Management Regulations (BCIPMR) concerning pesticide sales. Correct documention is required by law and we are doing our part to enforce these laws for the safety of everyone and the environment.

Do you charge Provincial Sales Tax?

If you have a professional growing operation or if you are a farmer, you may be exempt from paying PST in British Columbia. Several documents are admissible as exemption document such as as "Certificate of Farmer's Exemption", a "Certificate of General Exemption" or a "Property Tax Summary" showcasing a portion of the property as class 9 “Farm”. If you are not a farmer, but are a reseller, we simply require your 8-digit BC PST number. 

Why can’t I order online?

While ordering fertilizer in large quantities online may not be that easy, we are working on a quote submission process that may make ordering your favourite products from us a lot easier. Stay tuned!

Can I get advice?

We’re here to help professional growers and farmers to get the best out of their crops. If you call our toll free number, you will be connected to one of our friendly and knowledgeable TerraLink team members who will help you to find the best product for your growing needs.

Can you make me a custom fertilizer blend?

Custom fertilizers are our specialty, and we are more than happy to accomodate your requests. But custom fertilizer blending is not done with a spoon. Our blending facility is a manufacturing plant, so there will be a minimum of 4000 kg for granular or 1000 L for liquid per special blend. Custom orders are also not refundable.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you deliver?

We can actually ship orders world-wide, as long as the product in question is registered for use in your area and all required documentation is in place. Freight charges do apply. Depending on the destination we either deliver with our own fleet, or use transport companies such as Loomis or Purolator.

How much is shipping?

The delivery fee depends on the area it is to be delivered, the total cost of the order, and the weight of the order. When you talk to our friendly sales staff, they will let you know how much your delivery charges will be before your place your order. Please keep in mind that there is no threshold for free shipping, and unless you pick your order up yourself from one of our convenient locations, there will be freight charges on your invoice.

Can I pick up my order?

Absolutely! A lot of our customers are professional growers that take advantage of our convenient locations throughout Western Canada. Call us to place your order, and arrange for a pickup date and time. Keep in mind that you need to give us a bit of time to prepare your order, but most regular stocked items on this website are ready for pickup the same day.
