Our Supply Chain

The Fighting Against Forced Labour and Child Labour in Supply Chains Act took effect on January 1, 2024. This law requires that any company involved in the production, purchase, or distribution of goods in Canada or internationally must submit an annual report to the Minister of Public Safety by May 31. The report should outline the measures taken in the previous fiscal year to prevent and mitigate the risk of using forced or child labour in any stage of goods production, purchasing, or distribution.

Accordingly, TerraLink has prepared and submitted its annual report for the fiscal year 2023 to the Minister of Public Safety. This report details the actions TerraLink has undertaken to minimize the risk of forced or child labour in its supply chain operations.

In compliance with section 8 of the Act, this report is publicly accessible, including being prominently displayed on TerraLink's website. Additionally, as stipulated in section 22 of the Act, TerraLink's annual reports are available in an electronic registry on the Public Safety Canada (PSC) website for public access.
