This website does not contain prices. All orders sent to tlhort.com will be invoiced according to our prevailing prices at that time. If you would like a price quote, please email us. Separate charges for shipping will apply.

Terms
Unless otherwise specified, payment is required prior to shipment of order. When credit has been established, accounts are due net 27th of month following date of invoice. A monthly service charge will be invoiced to all overdue accounts. The monthly charge, is subject to change without notice and will be indicated on our invoice at the time of billing.

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Seller reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Product Use 
All products sold by Terralink shall be used in accordance with the instructions on the actual physical product. Terralink will not be responsible for uses that do not conform to the product's intended use or use that does not follow the instructions provided on the product. Terralink Horticulture reserve the right to refuse to sell to anyone whom they feel may use the product in an unapproved or non-standard way. Terralink may revise or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.

To the best of TerraLink Horticulture Inc. knowledge and belief the information contained on the label is accurate and reliable as of the date compiled. However, TerraLink Horticulture Inc makes no representation, warranty or guarantee as to the information’s accuracy, reliability, completeness or timeliness. It is the user’s responsibility to determine the suitability and completeness of such information for the user’s own particular use or purpose. TerraLink Horticulture Inc does not accept any liability for any loss or damage that may occur from any use of this information.

Authorization: Before proceeding with any merchandise return, please ensure you have obtained authorization from TerraLink. This step is essential to streamline the return process and ensure that your needs are promptly addressed.

Documentation: Kindly ensure all returns are accompanied by the original purchase receipt. This helps us efficiently process your return and provide you with the appropriate resolution.

Timeline: Most items can be returned within 14 days of purchase, provided they remain unopened, in pristine condition, and retain their original packaging. Returns initiated after this period will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Additionally, please note that items must be returned within the same year of purchase.

Inspection: Upon receiving your returned item, our team will conduct a thorough inspection to verify its condition. This step ensures fairness and accuracy in processing refunds or credits.

Refund Method: For your convenience, refunds will be issued using the same method of payment as the original purchase. 

Exceptions: Certain items are non-returnable. This includes seeds, dated products ("biologicals"), discontinued items, customer special order products, all granular fertilizers, and items sold as "damaged".

CEO Discretion: TerraLink reserves the right to exercise discretion in certain cases, subject to CEO approval. We strive to accomodate your unique circumstances whenever possible, and your satisfaction remains our top priority.
