28-3-14 Premium

28-3-14 Premium is a standard-sized (240 SGN) blended fertilizer with slow release nitrogen, designed for use on golf courses fairways/roughs, sports fields and residential lawns. It is typically used during summer into early fall months to promote both root and shoot growth and contains 70% controlled release nitrogen (CRN) from methylene urea(s) and stabilized nitrogen sources. CRN minimizes surge growth and prolongs green-up response. CRN also reduces the incidence of nitrogen loss to the atmosphere via volatilization and nitrate leaching into groundwater. Best suited for warmer temperatures due to its high slow-release component. Works well as a nitrogen base on sand-derived soils. As a nitrogen base 28-3-14 is suited alongside foliar fertilizer programs to produce even colour and growth throughout the summer and fall months.
