BRINERS CHOICE™ is a high-purity, highly soluble calcium chloride product containing approximately 33.6% calcium. It provides a convenient source of calcium for agricultural and horticultural applications, including foliar sprays and pre- and post-harvest treatments of fruits and vegetables. Calcium plays an essential role in plant development, supporting cell wall strength, tissue structure and overall crop quality. Pre- and post-harvest treatments can help maintain firmness, reduce decay and prevent certain calcium-related disorders.

BRINERS CHOICE™ solutions can also be used in frozen food processing as a secondary refrigerant or immersion freezing fluid, as well as a deicer in and around freezers, lockers and storage areas.
