Agro-K’s Vigor-Cal, a liquid 5% calcium, is made using Agro-K’s proprietary manufacturing processes to create a simple sugar nutrient complex. This Dextro-Lac process creates a foliar calcium product that can quickly penetrate plant tissue – leaves, buds, fruit skin, and bark. Once inside the plant Calcium Dextro-Lac is easily metabolized and utilized by the plant. Appropriately timed applications of Vigor Cal, as part of a complete calcium and overall fertility program, can result in thicker cell walls of both leaf and fruit tissue helping growers maximize fruit firmness and quality.
